Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains that purchases made through Wilton Records are final and non-refundable, including memberships, subscriptions, license keys and digital music distribution services.

Overview

All purchases made through Wilton Records are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, subscription, license key or distribution service, you agree that the service may begin immediately after payment.

No Refund Policy

Wilton Records does not provide refunds for memberships, subscriptions, license keys, digital services or music distribution services once payment has been completed.

This applies even if you do not use the service, cancel your account, change your mind, submit a release, or your release enters processing, review or distribution.

Digital Services

Our services are digital and may be activated immediately after purchase. Once access is granted, a license key is delivered, a membership is activated, or a release is submitted, the service is considered started and cannot be refunded.

Music Distribution

Music distribution services are non-refundable once a release has been submitted, uploaded, reviewed, processed, approved, rejected, delivered to stores, or otherwise handled by Wilton Records.

Store approval times, moderation results, takedowns, metadata issues, rejected artwork, rights issues, or delays caused by third parties do not create a right to a refund.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable. Canceling a membership stops future renewals only. It does not refund past payments, used periods, unused time, or services already activated.

License Keys

License key purchases are final. Once a license key is generated, delivered, activated or used, it cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where Wilton Records confirms a duplicate payment, unauthorized duplicate charge, or a billing error caused directly by our system.

Approved refunds, if any, are issued only to the original payment method and at the sole discretion of Wilton Records.

Chargebacks

Users must contact Wilton Records before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent, abusive or false chargebacks may result in account suspension, termination of services, removal of releases and loss of platform access.
